During a visit to Pierrelatte near the Tricastin nuclear power plant in southern France, the French president said the pre-electoral pact by the Socialists and Greens parties to shut 24 reactors across France by 2025 was a threat to the country's industry and the purchasing power of French households.

India, Pakistan agree on easy business visaDelhi (SANA)India has reached a broad agreement with Pakistan on liberalising visa regime for their business persons and a Cabinet note in this regard will be ready in 7-8 days, a senior Commerce Ministry official says.
“On our side, it has to go to the Cabinet through the Ministry of External Affairs,” Joint Secretary in the Commerce Ministry Arvind Mehta said at a FICCI event here.
Under the proposal, India and Pakistan should grant multiple entry visas to businessmen of the two sides.
